Rig Tuning: What is it?

What I’m offering is when you have cards running, but aren’t getting quite what you want out of it, I can get more out of them for you. I can tune for efficiency, performance, or balance, depending on your goals, but sometimes a combination of GPUs, Operating Systems, and algorithms just won’t work together or not work well. I’ll consult with you on that if I find a bad combination of things so we can find a solution or alternative that will work together.

This service doesn’t include full troubleshooting, so cards with actually bad vbioses, bad risers or power delivery problems preventing a card from being seen at all in any operating system, windows or motherboard resoure allocation problems preventing cards from being usable at all are outside of the scope of this, but troubleshooting for cards that are very underperforming, or only being able to get some miners to run on all cards will be. Some other problems may be found and noted, such as suspected troublesome risers.

Note: To widen the audience for this service, I will offer the solution to 80% of problems with AMD cards on windows. If you see Code 43 in device manager, then you may have 2 options to solve that. The first solution is atipixelpatcher, as code43 is almost always caused by a vbios that has been modified and the AMD driver doesn’t like it. The second option is if the card has a vbios switch on it, they frequently have the original still on the other side of it, so you can flip that switch and boot back into windows with hopefully a vbios the driver approves of. If this solves the code43 errors, you can use this service.
